Every homeowner who reaches Representseason Pest Control should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Representseason Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in New Jersey.

We reply by email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we send you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
